Send selected workspace events to your own HTTPS receiver.
- Open Settings → Webhooks as a workspace administrator.
- Add a webhook with a public HTTPS callback on port 443 and select the event types to receive.
- Save the signing secret securely when it is displayed; it is shown only once.
- Implement signature verification using the exact header and raw-body procedure shown in the settings page, and deduplicate by event_id.
- Enable the endpoint and send a test.
- Open Delivery logs to check the receiver result and retry failed work only when appropriate.
¶ Check the result and solve problems
Delivery queued means the request is awaiting processing. Temporary failures can retry automatically. Rotating a secret immediately invalidates the old secret, so coordinate the receiver update. Deleting a webhook stops pending deliveries; it does not undo actions the receiver already performed.
