Reuse report settings and review forecast availability before planning staffing.
- Open the report you use regularly and set the available filters.
- Use its save-view action and enter a meaningful name.
- Open Saved views later and select the saved report to restore its configuration.
- For Staffing prediction, select the relevant support group and weekday.
- Review the history availability message and the forecast breakdown before using it in a staffing decision.
¶ Check the result and solve problems
A saved view preserves settings, not a frozen copy of results. Staffing prediction needs sufficient matching historical data and is guidance, not a guarantee of future demand. Delete unused views without assuming that underlying conversations or report data are deleted.
