Review imported articles before exposing them to visitors.
- Open a Knowledge Hub source and its management panel.
- Review source settings, default visibility and the article list.
- Open an article to inspect its title and text; correct content that is incomplete or unsuitable.
- Choose internal or public visibility and read the scope confirmation before saving.
- If manual edits should later return to imported content, use the available resume-import action after reviewing its effect.
- For public use, enable the Knowledge Hub welcome-screen entry and test from an unauthenticated visitor session in the intended group.
¶ Check the result and solve problems
Changing source visibility and changing an individual article can have different scopes. Never publish a source merely to solve an agent search issue. A failed save after someone else edited the article should be resolved by reloading and reconciling revisions, not by overwriting blindly.
