Authorize a supported account through Facebook and bind it to the current workspace.
- Prepare a Facebook account with the required access to the Page whose messages you will handle.
- Open Settings → Channels → Facebook Messenger as a workspace administrator.
- Choose Authorize with Facebook and complete the requested permissions.
- Select the returned account, choose the support group and bind the selected account.
- Run Check connection, then send a message from a separate customer account and reply in LiveCha.
- Review the last inbound, last accepted send and error details after the test.
¶ Check the result and solve problems
The current LiveCha Meta social flow uses Facebook Login and supports text replies within the allowed messaging window. Media replies and Instagram Login are not currently available. Disconnecting a Page can affect its linked Messenger and Instagram connections in this workspace; read the confirmation scope. A saved or enabled account still needs an actual send-and-receive test.
