Send supported workspace events through the configured Google Analytics integration.
- Install the Google Analytics app from Apps if it is not installed, then open its settings.
- Enter the property ID, measurement ID and API secret reference requested by the form.
- Review the collection and debug endpoints and the event prefix.
- Select events such as chat started, chat ended, ticket created or greeting displayed.
- Save before using Send verification.
- Check the verification result and the corresponding Analytics reporting or debugging tools.
¶ Check the result and solve problems
Use credentials for the intended property and keep secrets out of website HTML and screenshots. Configuration saves and queued events do not prove that a report has populated. If verification fails, check identifiers, credentials and enabled events before repeating the test.
